JotAway's privacy policy is simple. We never, ever will share your email address or other personal information, or the email addresses or personal information of your journal invitees, with anyone without your permission.
There are only two exceptions to this promise: First, we will share your personal information if under order to do so by a court of law or other law enforcement body. Second, we will share your personal information with proper authorities if it is deemed by JotAway, at its sole discretion, that doing so is in the interest of public safety.
JotAway reserves the right to amend this policy without notice.
